OMG What would I do without these guys. I had an emergency with a control panel at 4:30 tonight. I am writing this at just past 6:00 and it is sorted. Amazing no? They even managed to keep the costs down. I went through three green energy companies before finding this company and none of them were reliable and knowledgeable like AB energy. It is such a relief to know they are there to help and on my side.

Great service from the AB energy centre team. Very helpful and professional. I had an issue with the ignitor on my Extraflame boiler. They were really quick in responding, I phoned in the morning to let them know I had received a replacement and they called round and fitted it the same day.

I had an issue with the auger on my biomass boiler, so I left a message on their website askng for advice at about 8.15pm. By 8.45pm I had a return phonecall, which I was not expecting at all. Great advice given, problem sorted. So unusual to get this level of service, particularly when I am not one of their customers - yet!

Gave them a call regarding a biomass boiler - spoke to Andy who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Talked me through step by step to get the hot water back on. These guys are brilliant and so helpful. if i need advice or info on a biomass fault they never grumble when i call and can normally guide me through the problem without a call out!! Highly recommend
